If you’re having trouble linking to Alexa please try the following:

Samsung devices

1. On your Samsung device, open the Settings app
2. Tap Apps
3. Tap the iHeartRadio app
4. Tap Set As Default
5. Tap Open supported links and switch to the ON position
• If you see a dropdown instead, select the In this app option
6. Open the iHeart mobile app and retry linking

Pixel devices

1. On your Pixel device, open the Settings app
2. Tap Apps
3. Tap the iHeartRadio app
• If you don’t see it, first tap See all apps or App Info
4. Tap Open by default
5. Turn the Open supported links switch to the ON position
6. Open the iHeart mobile app and retry linking

OnePlus devices

1. On your Pixel device, open the Settings app
2. Tap Apps & notifications
3. Tap the iHeartRadio app
4. Tap Open by default
5. Tap Allow app to open supported links
6. Open the iHeart mobile app and retry linking
