If you're having trouble streaming iHeartRadio on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, try these steps:

  1. Power down your phone for 30 seconds, often this will correct most issues.
  2. Check the App Store for the latest version of iHeartRadio. If there’s an updated version of the app available, it’ll be listed in the Update tab of the App Store.
  3. Check your network connection. Try streaming a video or opening a website in your phone’s browser. If you’re not able to connect, chances are your connection is too weak to stream on iHeartRadio. Try connecting over WiFi until you change locations.
  4. If you’re still having trouble listening to iHeartRadio, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Often times a fresh installation will fix any issues.
