How can I upgrade from iHeartRadio Plus to iHeartRadio All Access?

If you subscribed on an Android or iOS device

  • Launch the iHeartRadio app.
  • Tap the gear icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
  • Tap the Upgrade Now button.
  • Tap Subscribe to iHeartRadio All Access.
  • Confirm your subscription.

Note: If you signed up for your iHeartRadio Plus subscription on an Amazon device such as a Kindle Fire or an Amazon Fire Phone, you will need to cancel your iHeartRadio Plus subscription and at the end of your billing cycle sign up for iHeartRadio All Access if you wish to upgrade.


If you subscribed on iHeart.com

  • Ensure you are logged into your account associated with your iHeartRadio Plus subscription.
  • Visit iHeart.com/my/settings.
  • Under Subscription select Change Plan.
  • Select, Switch to iHeartRadio All Access.
  • You’ll be asked to verify your billing information and confirm your subscription.
