If you need to cancel your iHeartRadio Plus or All Access subscription you can follow the procedure below. Please follow the procedure based on the device you were logged into when you subscribed:
If instead, you'd just like to switch your subscription from iHeartRadio All Access to iHeartRadio Plus, please follow the instructions in this article.
Please note: If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing cycle, or at the end of your free trial.
If you signed up on web (iHeart.com):
- Visit iHeart.com on your preferred desktop or mobile browser.
- Ensure you are logged into your account associated with your iHeartRadio Plus or All Access subscription.
- Visit iHeart.com/my/settings.
- Under Subscription select Change Plan
- Select, Cancel Subscription.
- Next, select Cancel Plan to confirm your cancellation..
- You will see a confirmation message appear indicating when your subscription will expire.
If you signed up through iTunes or iOS App store on an iPhone or Pad:
From your iPad / iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
- Tap iHeartRadio.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
On a desktop / laptop computer
- Open the App Store app.
- Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.
- On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.
- Click Edit next to the subscription that you want.
- Don't see the subscription that you're looking for? Follow this link
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you signed up through the Google Play Store on an Android Device:
From your Android device
- Launch the Google Play Store app.
- Ensure you are logged into the Google Play account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
- Tap menu and select Subscriptions.
- Tap iHeartRadio and then select Cancel Subscription.
On a desktop / laptop computer
- Go to play.google.com/store/account.
- Ensure you are logged into the Google Play account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
- Find iHeartRadio under Subscriptions.
- Click View.
- On the app page select Cancel.

If you signed up through the Amazon App Store on an Amazon Device:
From your Kindle or Amazon Fire phone
- Launch the Amazon App Store app.
- Ensure you are logged into the Amazon account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
- Tap the Menu button in the upper left hand corner and select Subscriptions.
- Next to iHeartRadio tap Manage.
- Un-check the box next to Auto-renew this subscription.
- Tap Save.

If you signed up on a Roku device:
From your Roku device
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Use the directional pad to navigate the channel grid and highlight the partner subscription channel, or The Roku Channel. The directional pad is plus-shaped and is in the center of your Roku remote.
- Press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu for the desired channel.
- Partner subscription channel: Select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
- The Roku Channel: Select Manage subscriptions to see a list of all Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel. Select the individual partner subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
- To unsubscribe, select Cancel subscription. A message appears telling you how long you can continue to access the content and services.
- Confirm by selecting Cancel subscription. A new message appears confirming the cancellation, along with a reminder of the date when you will no longer have access to the subscription.
- Select Done.
On a desktop / laptop computer
- Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
- If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
- Note: If you cannot sign in to your Roku account, learn what to do if you have forgotten your email address or password.
- Click or tap Manage your subscriptions.
- After the My subscriptions page loads, you will see all subscriptions billed by Roku, along with terms and renewal date.
- Choose the desired subscription and select Unsubscribe to cancel, or Renew (for third-party subscriptions) or Resubscribe (for Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel) to resubscribe.
- Confirm the decision when prompted.
