If you need to cancel your iHeartRadio Plus or All Access subscription you can follow the procedure below. Please follow the procedure based on the device you were logged into when you subscribed:

If instead, you'd just like to switch your subscription from iHeartRadio All Access to iHeartRadio Plus, please follow the instructions in this article.

Please note: You cannot cancel through the iHeartRadio app. You must cancel through the store you purchased the subscription from. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing cycle, or at the end of your free trial.

If you signed up on web (iHeart.com):

  • Visit iHeart.com on your mobile or desktop browser.
  • Log into your account by clicking the three horizontal lines in the left corner of the screen on mobile or by clicking the icon of a face in the upper right hand corner of the screen on your desktop or laptop computer.
  • Next visit Settings
  • Under Subscriptions select Change Plan
  • Select Cancel Subscription from the menu that appears
  • You’ll be asked to confirm your cancellation
  • You will see a confirmation message appear indicating when your subscription will expire.



If you signed up through iTunes or iOS App store:

On an iPad / iPhone

  • Start at your Home screen.
  • Tap Settings iOS-9-Settings-icon-full-size.jpg
  • Tap on iTunes & App Store.
  • Select your Apple ID at the top.
  • Ensure this Apple ID is the one you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription. 
    • Please note: Your Apple ID may be different from the email address associated with your iHeartRadio account.
  • Tap View Apple ID from the popup menu.
  • Enter your password.
  • If prompted select Okay.
  • Tap on the Subscriptions section
  • Tap on iHeartRadio.
  • Turn the Auto-Renewal option to Off. Or, you may need to tap Cancel Subscription



On a desktop / laptop computer

  • Open iTunes.
  • From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account.
  • Next, select View My Account.
  • Enter the password associated with your Apple ID if prompted.
  • Ensure this Apple ID is the one you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
    • Please note: Your Apple ID may be different than the email address associated with your iHeartRadio account.
  • On the Account Information page scroll to the Settings section.
  • To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.
  • Find iHeartRadio and click Edit.
  • Click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.

If you signed up through the Google Play Store:

On an Android device

  • Launch the Google Play Store app.
  • Ensure you are logged into the Google Play account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
  • Tap Menu and select Account.
  • Next, tap Subscriptions and select iHeartRadio.
  • Tap Cancel.



On a desktop / laptop computer

  • Go to play.google.com/store/account.
  • Ensure you are logged into the Google Play account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
  • Find iHeartRadio under Subscriptions.
  • Click View.
  • On the app page select Cancel.
