If you need to cancel your iHeartRadio Plus or All Access subscription you can follow the procedure below. Please follow the procedure based on the device you were logged into when you subscribed:

iPhone
Android
Amazon
Roku  


If instead, you'd just like to switch your subscription from iHeartRadio All Access to iHeartRadio Plus, please follow the instructions in this article.

Please note: You cannot cancel through the iHeartRadio app. You must cancel through the store you purchased the subscription from. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing cycle, or at the end of your free trial.

If you signed up on web (iHeart.com):

  • Visit iHeart.com on your mobile or desktop browser.
  • Log into your account by clicking the three horizontal lines in the left corner of the screen on mobile or by clicking the icon of a face in the upper right hand corner of the screen on your desktop or laptop computer.
  • Next visit Settings
  • Under Subscriptions select Change Plan
  • Select Cancel Subscription from the menu that appears
  • You’ll be asked to confirm your cancellation
  • You will see a confirmation message appear indicating when your subscription will expire.



If you signed up through iTunes or iOS App store on an iPhone or Pad:

On a iPad / iPhone

  • Start at your Home screen.
  • Tap Settings iOS-9-Settings-icon-full-size.jpg
  • Tap on iTunes & App Store.
  • Select your Apple ID at the top.
  • Ensure this Apple ID is the one you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription. 
    • Please note: Your Apple ID may be different from the email address associated with your iHeartRadio account.
  • Tap View Apple ID from the popup menu.
  • Enter your password.
  • If prompted select Okay.
  • Tap on the Subscriptions section
  • Tap on iHeartRadio.
  • Turn the Auto-Renewal option to Off. Or, you may need to tap Cancel Subscription


On a desktop / laptop computer

  • Open iTunes.
  • From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account.
  • Next, select View My Account.
  • Enter the password associated with your Apple ID if prompted.
  • Ensure this Apple ID is the one you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
    • Please note: Your Apple ID may be different than the email address associated with your iHeartRadio account.
  • On the Account Information page scroll to the Settings section.
  • To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.
  • Find iHeartRadio and click Edit.
  • Click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.

If you signed up through the Google Play Store on an Android Device:

On an Android device

  •  Launch the Google Play Store app.
  • Ensure you are logged into the Google Play account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
  • Tap Menu and select Account.
  • Next, tap Subscriptions and select iHeartRadio.
  • Tap Cancel.

 

On a desktop / laptop computer

  • Go to play.google.com/store/account.
  • Ensure you are logged into the Google Play account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
  • Find iHeartRadio under Subscriptions.
  • Click View.
  • On the app page select Cancel.

If you signed up through the Amazon App Store on an Amazon Device:

On your Kindle or Amazon Fire Phone

  • Launch the Amazon App Store app.
  • Ensure you are logged into the Amazon account you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
  • Tap the Menu button in the upper left hand corner and select Subscriptions.
  • Next to iHeartRadio tap Manage.
  • Un-check the box next to Auto-renew this subscription.
  • Tap Save.

If you signed up on a Roku:

On your Roku

1. Press the Home button home on your Roku remote.

2. Locate and access options for a subscription channel in one of the following ways:

A. From your channel lineup

  • Select Home.
  • Use the arrow buttons on your remote to highlight a subscription channel.
  • Press the Star button  on your remote.

B. From the Channel Store

  • Scroll down and select Streaming Channels.
  • Browse a category or genre, or search for a subscription channel.
  • Press the OK button  on your remote.

3. Once you access options, select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.

4. To unsubscribe, select Cancel subscription. Confirm by choosing to remove the channel immediately or keep it for the remainder of the subscription term.

 

On a desktop / laptop computer

  • Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
  • If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
  • Click on Manage your subscriptions.
  • When the “My subscriptions” page loads, you will find all your channel subscriptions that get billed by Roku, along with terms, status, and renewal date of each subscription. Subscriptions that were purchased directly from the service provider or otherwise purchased outside of the Roku Channel Store will not be listed here.
  • Find iHeartRadio and select Unsubscribe.
