How do I switch from iHeartRadio All Access to iHeartRadio Plus?

Please follow these instructions if you need to switch your subscription from iHeartRadio All Access to iHeartRadio Plus. If instead, you need to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions in this article.

Note: You will need to downgrade your subscription through whichever app store you initially signed up using.

 

If you signed up through iTunes & iOS App store:

On an iPad / iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name. 
  3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
    • Ensure this Apple ID is the one you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.
      • Please note: Your Apple ID may be different from the email address associated with your iHeartRadio account.
  4. Tap iHeartRadio. 
  5. Don't see a subscription for iHeartRadio? Please follow this link.
  6. From here you can switch to iHeartRadio Plus.
    • Note: This change will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

 

On a desktop / laptop computer

  1. Open Music.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the Music window, choose Account.
  3. Next, select View My Account.
  4. Enter the password associated with your Apple ID if prompted.
    • Ensure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you signed up for your iHeartRadio subscription with.
  5. On the Account Information page scroll to the Settings section.
  6. To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.
  7. Find iHeartRadio and click Edit.
  8. From here you can switch to iHeartRadio Plus.
    • Note: This change will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.


If you signed up through the Google Play Store:

On an Android device

  1. Launch the Google Play Store app.
  2. Ensure you are logged into the account you signed up for your subscription with.
  3. Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen
  4. Next, tap Subscriptions and select iHeartRadio.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. If downgrading from iHeartRadio All Access to iHeartRadio Plus you will just want to sign up for an iHeartRadio Plus subscription once the current billing cycle ends.
  7. If downgrading from iHeartRadio All Access or iHeartRadio Plus to a free iHeartRadio account you don’t need to take any further action.


On a desktop / laptop computer

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account
  2. Find iHeartRadio under My Subscriptions
  3. Find iHeartRadio and select Manage.
  4. On the app page select Cancel Subscription
  5. If downgrading from iHeartRadio All Access to iHeartRadio Plus you will just want to sign up for an iHeartRadio Plus subscription once the current billing cycle ends.
  6. If downgrading from iHeartRadio All Access or iHeartRadio Plus to a free iHeartRadio account you don’t need to take any further action.

 

If you signed up on web (www.iHeart.com):

If you subscribed on iHeart.com

  1. Visit iHeart.com on your preferred desktop or mobile browser.
  2. Ensure you are logged into your account associated with your iHeartRadio Plus subscription.
  3. Visit iHeart.com/my/settings.
  4. Under Subscription select Change Plan.
  5. Select, Switch to iHeartRadio Plus.
  6. You’ll be asked to verify your billing information and confirm your subscription.


Note: iHeartRadio Plus is only available in the iOS and Android version of the app.
