To hide a station or story on the iHeartRadio Family app follow the directions below.

1. Open iHeartRadio Family app
2. Select the station or story you'd like to hide
3. Tap Hide This Story or Station located on the top right corner of the screen
4. The Age Gate will appear. This will show a one time code and number pad to allow you to hide a station or story

Please note: If the wrong input is entered, the input field will clear out. If no input is entered, modal disappears after 7 seconds of idle time and music or story will resume

For greater control over the content inside the app visit the Parental Permissions screen where you can manage the visibility of all the content offered on the iHeartRadio Family app. 

To visit the Parent Permissions screen follow the directions below.

1. Open iHeartRadio Family app
2. Select the Settings or Gear icon located on the top right corner of the screen
3. The Age Gate will appear. This will show a one time code and number pad to allow you to manage all the content offered.
