We strive to make every artist easy to discover, but occasionally you may not see the result you’re expecting.

Here are a few reasons why and how to navigate them:

♥️ Catalog curation & AI-generated content
As part of our “Guaranteed Human” commitment, we ensure that every song heard on our stations and playlists is created by real artists. The artist you searched for may have been identified as AI-generated content and is not currently available on iHeartRadio. If you believe this may be an error, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll review it promptly.

The artist hasn’t released on our platform yet
If an artist is newly emerging or has not distributed their music to our service, they may not appear in search just yet. New releases can take time to be delivered and indexed.

Regional availability
Music availability varies by country due to licensing agreements. As a result, some artists or releases may not yet be accessible in your current region.

Multiple artists share the same name
Some names are used by more than one artist, which can make search results confusing. Try filtering or narrowing your search to the “Artists” category to find the right one.

Stylized artist names
Many artists use unique spellings that don’t always match how their names sound. We do our best to anticipate your search and show relevant results, but using the exact spelling will always lead to the best outcome. Even small differences can change what appears.

Connectivity
Search requires a stable internet connection. On mobile networks in particular, limited connectivity may prevent artist results from loading.

If something doesn’t look quite right, or an artist you expect to see is missing, our team is here to help. Get in touch and we’ll gladly investigate further.
