First, are you trying to submit a video podcast?
If so, please note that video podcasts require a new submission form before your podcast can be available with video support.
If you're seeing an error such as "Code 404" or "Show has failed processing," the fix may be quick!
🎥 Submitting a Video Podcast
You'll need to complete our Video Podcast Submission Form.
Once your submission has been reviewed and approved, your show will be available on iHeart with video support.
Already submitted the form? Your submission needs to be reviewed and approved before video can be enabled for your show. This can take up to 3-4 business days.
Still having issues? Your issue may be related to your RSS feed. Please see the Troubleshooting steps below.
🎙️ Having Trouble With an Audio Podcast?
If you're having trouble submitting your audio podcast, the issue many times is related to your RSS feed.
You may see messages such as:
- "Still processing," even though your show is already live and active
- "Update RSS URL failed."
- "RSS Feed Invalid - No Owner Email Address."
Troubleshooting
Make sure the RSS feed you're submitting is valid and contains the information required for podcast distribution.
